This Charter Arms manufactured textured black finished frame is for the Explorer II semi-auto pistol and is in very good condition with light wear. The frame does NOT have the side plate (left side) present. Frames do NOT qualify as a C&R based upon BATFE's guide lines and must be sent to a firearms dealer. (file photos)
